Intetenta leer un pco antes de postear por que lo tenias un par de post mas abajo.

De todas maneras te pongo un cpy past:

Simplemente instala esto: Slim DX SDK
Con esto ya tendras el problema resuelto.

Tengo el mismo problema, espero que instalando lo que dicen se solucione :D
